Kuvaa does not offer refunds. We offer exchanges or store credit on returned items that does not fit.
Contact us via WhatsApp or [email protected] within 3days/72hours of receiving your purchase to discuss exchange on cloths that do not fit.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in it’s original condition and packaging, no makeup stains, no fragrance or deodorant stains. If items are not returned after 3days of your purchase, we regret that we will be unable to process an exchange for you.
Please Note: The Customer requesting a return/exchange is solely responsible for the cost of items being returned or delivered.
