RETURN: You may return items within 3days of receiving your purchase (within Ghana) and within 10days for international orders. Items returned in their original unused condition are eligible for an exchange or store credit.
EXCHANGE: We are happy to exchange your returned item into another size of your choice depending on availability. You may also exchange your returned item for a different item in store of the same price value or lower. To be eligible for an exchange, the items purchased must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
SALES: All sales items are final. No return, No exchange. Price adjustments are available on items purchased at original price 48 hours before a sale begun.
PLEASE NOTE: *You are responsible for the delivery cost of your return/exchange. *If 3days passed and the item is not returned or the returned item is not in its original condition, we regret we will not be able to process an exchange for you. The item will be sent back to the customers address.
