Sustainability at Kuvaa
We design for longevity and avoid overproduction. We release limited quantities and restock only to meet real demand. Our fashion is slow, our designs are timeless, and quality comes first. We use all our fabrics—no waste, no stock to landfill—and we extend material life by over-dyeing select fabrics.
Limited-Quantity Production
We make our samples and produce in-house at our studio to reduce waste and transport. We’ve cut average inventory levels by approximately 50% to minimize excess stock.
Team & Supply Chain
We collaborate closely with women-owned partners who share our standards. Craftsmanship, durability, and attention to detail guide every step—from concept to delivery.
Packaging
We use recycled paper boxes and bags with fully recyclable components (break down and recycle as cardboard). We also encourage customers to reuse our garment bags.
Print Strategy (No Placement Prints)
We do not use placement/engineered prints. By working with all-over repeats, we can reduce fabric waste by up to 40%. As a result, each printed garment has its own unique layout—no two are exactly alike.
Repair & Care
To extend the life of your pieces, we encourage repairs for minor damage. Need guidance or a local recommendation? We’re happy to help. Lost a button? We’ll send a replacement (when available).
